In the Spring term we have been enjoying our topic on the Vikings and also reading our novel, The Ice Palace.

In science our topic has been Electricity and we have loved making circuits with bulbs.

Design Technology

 

The children in Mrs Bottomley’s class had the opportunity to become chair designers. A student from Bucks University came to the school and showed the class some very unusual chairs made from a wide variety of materials. The children then had the opportunity to design chairs for a room, a garden or a specialised chair for a special person. Here are some of the ideas that the children came up with.
