The Millennium Garden, is a designated 'Quiet Area' within the school grounds. Within the garden are a number of raised beds which are tended by the Gardening Club. Every year, a variety of vegetables are planted and the children tend them carefully until it is Harvest Time!
Also in the Millennium Garden are a number of trees which have been planted in memory of individuals associated with St John's and also our own Memorial Garden which contains stones, painted by our leavers. This gives our Year 6 children the opportunity to reflect on their time at St John's and to write a personal memory.
Children are able to use the garden for quiet activities and also to play chess.
